Pennsylvania. We serve the Continental U.S. We begin by selecting our Clients that are headquartered, or have operations in PA,
Northern MD & New jersey, due to our desire to truly know & build lasting relationships with our Clients. However, our reach is
never limited by the boundaries we choose to begin with. We are extremely successful in recruiting Top Executives, Sales/Marketing,
Operations/Plant Management, Engineering, Financial, etc. in any region our Clients need to maximize their competitive edge.
Executive Avail-A-Search began in 1965 when Ted and Audrey Johnson, long-time human resource professionals, started a small recruiting company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As the company grew, they were joined in 1980 by Tony Spinelli, who quickly became their top Consultant. When the Johnson's retired in 1985, they sold the firm to Mr. Spinelli. Today, the firm has an impressive 16 Recruiters, Researchers & Administrative support at two locations & growing.
Executive Avail-A-Search and APEX-Advantage are headed by Anthony J. Spinelli, CPC*, who is the Owner and President. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of recruiting, especially in the areas of Executive Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing Management. Mr. Spinelli has dedicated his considerable experience and leadership skills to managing Executive Avail-A-Search and APEX-Advantage while developing them as premier, professional, recruiting resources serving business and industry. He is a member of many professional and civic organizations.
