Tony Spinelli joined Executive Avail-A-Search in 1980, and purchased the company from the prior owners in 1985. Today, Executive Avail-A-Search has a team of 3 Research staff and 2 Executive Recruiters, all on the same team working together in tandem to meet their client's needs.
Executive Avail-A-Search is headed by Anthony J. Spinelli, CPC*, who is the Owner and President. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of recruiting, especially in the areas of Executive Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Management as well as Sales and Marketing. Mr. Spinelli has dedicated his considerable experience and leadership skills to managing Executive Avail-A-Search as a premier, professional, recruiting resource serving business and industry. He is a member of many professional and civic organizations.
Mark E. Whiteman, CPC is the newly appointed Director of Recruiting Operations. He has been a key instrument in the success of our recruiting efforts. He has worked for Executive Avail-A-Search for 10 plus years and is a fully Certified Professional Consultant. Mark oversees our research staff and manages the entire recruiting processes initial phone calls to final placements.
