At Executive Avail-A-Search, we have a team of trained consultants who conduct a thorough, professional search for you. By dialoging with you to pinpoint your specific needs as well as your corporate culture, we can then dedicate ourselves to full-time research. We evaluate the levels of technical expertise and the "human element" to determine if they possess the talent and chemistry required to fill your specific needs, and launch a direct recruiting program to identify, contact, recruit and qualify potential top performing candidates. We don't stop until you are satisfied with a candidate.
After we consult with you to identify your need, pinpoint the background and experience necessary, and compile the specific job requirements, we will begin our search. We will locate, recruit and evaluate the highest caliber employees we can find. We will search out those people in your field who are spoken of most highly by their peers. At Executive Avail-A-Search, we stress that candidates must be not only the best in their field, but also have all the qualities needed to be a good employee with traits like loyalty, dedication, and attitude. You are introduced to the most impressive of the candidates only after we have made all these determinations. Executive Avail-A-Search specializes in industry-specific recruiting. With our extensive reach, our trained consulting team work daily in specific targeted candidate sourcing, even when we have no relevant search activity in that field. Targeted search activity is a “direct contact” one on one recruiting process, mainly targeted to reach the inactive and passive candidate pool of talent.
Executive Avail-A-Search perform in depth reference checks from past and (if possible) current employers and peers to validate ‘due diligence’ on candidates we present. Degree verifications and Criminal Background Checks are also provided at our Client’s request and no additional cost.
Executive Avail-A-Search is client-driven. That means that our focus is on our clients' needs, satisfaction and profitability. Executive Avail-A-Search does both Contingent and Retained Search (Retained Search activity is personally managed and performed by the principal, Tony Spinelli). NO, all of Executive Avail-A-Search’s placement fees are taken care of by the client company. There is no charge for our services to any of our candidates.

No “resume blasts” will ever be performed, or resumes sent anywhere without the Candidate’s consent by Executive Avail-A-Search staff.
